People have been asking for the recipe for liver cake.
It makes excellent treats and as a training aid.
Small amount of liver - around 60/70p. 5 tablespoons of mixed herbs, 2 level teaspoons garlic,
3 large eggs or 4 medium, 2 teaspoons baking powder, at least 1lb self raising flour milk.
Put liver into blender then eggs and small amount of milk,
gradually add garlic & herbs & baking powder then gradually
add flour and milk until consistency of sponge cake.
Pour into greased baking tray, sprinkle with cheddar cheese,
bake in centre of oven at about 190*C (375*F - Gas Mark 5) until firm to touch.
Leave to cool cut into pieces and freeze.
Yum Yum -- the dogs will love it too!!!!
