Dog of the Month - March

Award Winning Picture!

This picture of Hope mowing the lawn - taken by Sandra & Jez - has just won a national pet photography competition.

Apart from prizes of various goodies, including food for Hope, the picture is to be hung in a gallery, in Selfridges, Oxford St, London!!

Of course hope was not really mowing the lawn. The sharp eyed amongst you may have spotted that the grass is not real.

So she had to pretend to mow the lawn!!!

A great picture - well done to the three of you!

P.S. ----More fame!!

The picture, along with an article has since appeared in the Sutton Coldfield Observer and the Sunday Express.

Of course Hope is taking this fame and attention in her stride - not so sure about Sandra though!!

SHOW SCENE

Sandra and Delia & Peter went to the GSD Rally at Nottingham on Sunday 20th April. It was an encouraging day

both in terms of breed showing and obedience.

Sandra & Hope had an excellent result in the Advanced Obedience class - posting a third place!!

They also had a very creditable second place in the White Bitch class along with a number of other places.

Delia, with Miri, was delighted with their second place in the Triers Obedience class, with Isobel aided by Peter

coming in an encouraging fifth.

In the breed competition, Peter & Miri had a good day - Miri achieved a first place as best white adolescent and went on to

become Reserve Best White in Show.

Isobel and Miri also won the Brace class.

Delia & Peter went to the GSD Rally in Huddersfield on Sunday 27th April.

Miri came First in white bitch & went on to get Best White in Show.
